It us customary to fast during Lent, and in our tradition people would gather on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday for a pancake supper, emptying the kitchen of fats and sweets. We’ll be gathering for a pancake supper at the Haberman home on Tuesday, March 4 from 6-8 PM.
